Data Migration & Mapping Analyst (Banking) We're hiring a Data Migration & Mapping Analyst to support a large-scale banking transformation programme. This role will drive data mapping, migration, and validation activities across multiple banking systems and business domains.
Key Responsibilities
Lead source-to-target data mapping and migration activities.
Maintain data dictionaries, data lineage, and mapping documentation.
Define and validate data transformation rules and business requirements.
Partner with stakeholders across Lending, Payments, Trade Finance, Markets, and Finance.
Conduct data analysis, reconciliation, and data quality assessments.
Support SIT, UAT, and production migration activities.
Collaborate with regional teams, vendors, and technology stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
6+ years' experience in banking or financial services projects.
Strong background in data mapping, migration, and system integration.
Good understanding of banking products and data domains.
Experience with data dictionaries, lineage, and source-to-target mapping.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques is advantageous.
