Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Technical Delivery Manager

to lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic

Cards technology projects

across development, implementation, production deployment, and application support.

The role will work closely with application development teams, architects, security, testing, business stakeholders, vendors, and other technology teams to ensure successful delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions across the Cards technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Lead application development teams and manage technical delivery within agreed

scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards

.

Drive end-to-end technical delivery across the

software development lifecycle

, from requirements and solution design through implementation and production support.

Collaborate with cross-functional application and technology teams to manage

technical, security, and integration dependencies

.

Partner with Project/Program Managers, Business Analysts, System Analysts, Architects, and SMEs to finalize functional and technical requirements.

Provide technical estimates, impact assessments, high-level delivery plans, and implementation strategies.

Ensure solutions comply with

enterprise architecture, security, risk, and technology standards

.

Oversee SIT, UAT, performance/load testing, application security testing, penetration testing, and remediation activities.

Develop and manage technical implementation and production cutover plans across multiple application teams.

Coordinate production deployment and ensure smooth

cutover and post-implementation support

.

Identify, track, and mitigate technical risks and issues, escalating critical matters with appropriate resolutions or workarounds.

Provide regular technical delivery status updates to project and technology stakeholders.

Work with vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of products and technical solutions.

Provide L3 technical support and guidance for critical application issues when required.

Manage project budgets and ensure delivery remains within approved financial parameters.

Ensure technical and project documentation complies with

banking and organizational standards

.

Mandatory Requirements

10+ years of relevant experience

, with strong experience in

Technical Delivery / Technology Delivery Management

.

Strong experience in

Cards technology / Cards applications

within Banking or Financial Services.

Hands-on knowledge of

Open Systems platform deployment

and/or Mainframe environments.

Strong understanding of

end-to-end software development lifecycle and application delivery

.

Proven experience managing complex technology deliveries involving multiple application and technology teams.

Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, risk management, and vendor management skills.

Ability to manage technical delivery from

requirements through production implementation and support

.

Preferred Cards Domain Exposure

Experience with one or more of the following Cards platforms/areas will be highly desirable:

Cardlink

3DS / 3-D Secure

CCP

CMP

Commercial Cards / Cards Merchant

Bankwide Loyalty Portals (BLP)
