Manage the QA teams in Incoming and Outgoing inspections, Value-Add processes, customer and supplier quality issues.
Responsibilities:-
Lead and provide support to the QA Manager in the QA functions.
Assist the QA Manager in the implementation of the company's certificated quality and management systems.
Assist the QA Manager to manage customer audits as and when required.
Perform supplier quality system audit when necessary
Perform monthly QA performance report
Interpret rejection criteria and evaluate rejected material
Manage supplier and customer quality issues.
Manage the value-add process and implement controls to ensure the quality of the product.
Escalate and manage any significant events such as safety, quality, regulatory or any compliance issues.
Manage the calibration of Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment.
Assign Exim part number for new items
Other duties as assigned
