Automation Test Engineer

Role: Automation Test Engineer Experience: 6–9 Years

Location: Changi Business Park, Singapore

Employment Type: Contract (1 Year, Renewable)

Job Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver.

Perform API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar frameworks.

Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test cases.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.

Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.

Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams for resolution.

Prepare test reports and provide regular status updates.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

Required Skills 6–9 years of experience in Automation Testing.

Strong programming skills in Java .

Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver .

Strong experience in API Testing using REST APIs and tools/frameworks like REST Assured or Postman.

Experience with TestNG/JUnit and Maven/Gradle.

Good understanding of SQL and database testing.

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins is an added advantage.

Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills Exposure to BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.

Experience with cloud testing platforms or containerized environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
