What You’ll Do

As a Software Engineer, you’ll work on both developing and supporting cloud-based VoIP and web technologies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on technical work and wants exposure to multiple areas of engineering.

Your responsibilities include:

Developing and improving cloud-based VoIP and web applications

Building and integrating REST APIs

Working with Node.js, databases, and front-end technologies

Supporting and optimizing existing systems and infrastructure

Assisting in DevOps, system maintenance, and technical troubleshooting

Collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective technical solutions

Continuously learning new technologies and contributing ideas to improve products and processes

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills

Knowledge of:

Node.js

REST APIs

HTML/CSS

Experience with at least one:

MySQL

DynamoDB

AWS RDS

Basic AWS knowledge and cloud navigation

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment

Bonus Skills (Highly Advantageous)

SSL/TLS protocols

FreeSwitch or Kamailio

DevOps or system administration experience

Networking and IT troubleshooting knowledge
