Currently, we are looking for Senior Information Technology Operations which would be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities and Requirements

Bachelor's degree with minimum 4 years of experience in TechOps, Application Support, Production Support or similar roles.

Strong hands-on AWS Cloud experience.

Experience supporting websites, digital platforms or customer-facing portals.

Good knowledge of Java-based applications.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of servers, CDN, application performance and system monitoring.

Manage TechOps and production support for websites, digital platforms and customer-facing applications.

Monitor and troubleshoot AWS infrastructure, servers, CDN and applications.

Support Java-based applications and collaborate with developers on issue resolution.

Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis and drive issues through to closure.

Work with regional technology teams across India, China and Vietnam.

Participate in a 24/7 incident management and support model.
