Information Technology Project Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple concurrent IT projects, project sprints and deliverables.

Manage customer expectations, communications and project escalations.

Coordinate consultants and technical teams across project engagements.

Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks and billing milestones.

Prepare project documentation, status reports and customer sign-offs.

Use

Jira and Confluence

for project tracking, documentation and reporting.

Coordinate UAT, acceptance testing and project closure.

Requirements

Proven

IT Project Management

experience.

PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory.

Strong experience managing

multiple concurrent projects.

Experience in a

System Integrator (SI), IT consulting or technology services environment

preferred.

Strong enterprise

client-facing and stakeholder management

experience.

Good understanding of software development and enterprise technology solutions.

Strong project governance, communication and organisational skills.

Experience with

Jira and Confluence

preferred.

Exposure to

Cloud, Data/AI, Software/Application, DevOps, ITSM or similar technology projects

is advantageous.
