Akkodis is seeking a

Mobile Engineer (iOS)

to join a high-impact R&D engineering team supporting a global leader in

Digital Identity and Cybersecurity .

The role focuses on developing secure

iOS mobile applications and SDKs

for Identity and Access Management (IAM), enabling customers to integrate trusted authentication and identity verification capabilities into their mobile solutions.

You will work within a collaborative engineering environment where security, software quality, and innovation are critical. The role also provides an opportunity to adopt

AI-assisted engineering tools

across the software development lifecycle, while applying strong engineering judgment and human-led security validation to ensure secure and reliable product delivery.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and validate secure

iOS applications and SDKs

using Swift, SwiftUI and UIKit.

Build authentication and identity verification capabilities using secure, industry-standard practices.

Design scalable SDK APIs with strong backward compatibility.

Develop unit, integration, and UI test automation.

Use AI tools such as

Copilot, Claude, or Cursor

across coding, testing, debugging and code reviews, with human-led security validation.

Maintain CI/CD pipelines using

Jenkins / GitLab CI , including automated security checks.

Apply mobile security practices including

Keychain, certificate pinning, static analysis and anti-reverse-engineering measures .

Prototype new technologies and contribute to innovation and patent initiatives.

Collaborate with engineering, security, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality releases.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Security, Electronics, or related field.

5+ years of professional mobile development experience.

Strong hands-on expertise in

Swift, SwiftUI and UIKit .

Experience developing and distributing

mobile SDKs .

Strong understanding of mobile security and secure software development.

Experience with automated testing and CI/CD.

Practical experience using

AI-assisted development tools

with strong code-quality and security judgment.

Self-driven, collaborative engineer with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred

Knowledge of

OAuth 2.0, OIDC, FIDO2 or certificate-based authentication .

Experience in cybersecurity, digital identity, fintech, payments, or other security-critical environments.
