Senior Semiconductor Yield & Process Engineer

Job Description

STMicroelectronics PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Process Engineer focusing on yield improvement and reliability. You will monitor EWS/PT yield, analyze scrap, manage lots on hold, and support MRB and NCL disposition while collaborating with MQA, Process and Division teams.

You will assist engineers with data analysis for tool qualification, drive change qualifications, and help optimize test programs and limits. Strong English and teamwork are essential.
