Working Hours

: Required to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, including day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, setup, commissioning, qualification, and acceptance of TEL Track equipment at customer sites.

Conduct preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM), troubleshooting, and repair of semiconductor equipment.

Diagnose equipment faults and provide timely technical solutions to minimize equipment downtime.

Support equipment upgrades, modifications, relocation, installation, and process improvement activities.

Work closely with customers, engineers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure project and maintenance schedules are achieved.

Perform equipment testing, calibration, inspection, and functional checks as required.

Prepare accurate service reports, maintenance records, troubleshooting reports, and

other technical documentation.

Provide on-site technical support and basic equipment training to customers when required.

Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures, customer requirements, safety regulations, and cleanroom protocols.

Follow semiconductor fab safety, contamination control, and cleanroom procedures.

Participate in equipment installation, startup, qualification, and production support activities.

Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency troubleshooting requirements.

Support domestic and overseas installation and service activities when required.

Perform other technical and engineering duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements:

Possess a College Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or higher in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor equipment installation, maintenance, or field service support.

Experience with TEL Clean Track ACT series or related Track systems will be an advantage.

Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum, and automation systems.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Able to read and understand technical drawings, equipment manuals, schematics, and engineering documentation.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and effectively in a customer-facing environment.

Basic English communication skills for understanding technical documentation and communicating with customers and global teams.

Experience working in a semiconductor fab or wafer manufacturing facility is preferred.

Experience with TEL Clean Track ACT series or similar Coater / Developer systems.

Experience in equipment installation, qualification, relocation, upgrade, and startup activities.

Work in a cleanroom / semiconductor fab environment.
