M&E Supervisor

Job Description

Job Duties

To support the construction team for M&E engineering works.

Planning / Scheduling and coordination of M&E works.

Project coordination, supervision, and monitoring of the progress of site work.

Coordinate M&E engineering work and work closely with other department staff to resolve site discrepancies and technical issues.

Oversee and ensure works are carried out in accordance with the approved drawings, materials, and method statements.

Ensure quality work in order to achieve CONQUAS and/ or QM requirements.

Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and sub-contractors on M&E issues.

Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.

Requirement

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related fields.

Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in the Construction industry.

Proficient in Autodesk Revit or BIM software.
