Software Intern: AI & Compute-In-Memory (Python/C++)

Job Description

TetraMem is seeking a Software Intern to support the development of tools, frameworks, and applications that enable neural network models to run efficiently on TetraMem’s novel analog compute-in-memory chips.

You will collaborate with AI researchers and hardware engineers, optimize Python or C++ code, and contribute to code reviews, testing, and documentation while pursuing a degree in CS/EE.
