Process Improvement Engineer (East)

Responsibilities

Drive semiconductor manufacturing process improvement initiatives to enhance

yield, quality, productivity, and process efficiency

.

Monitor process performance and manufacturing data to identify trends, abnormalities, and opportunities for improvement.

Investigate process and yield issues through

root cause analysis (RCA)

and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

Support process optimisation, qualification, validation, and continuous improvement activities across manufacturing processes.

Collaborate with Production, Equipment, Quality, and Engineering teams on

NPI, process transfer, and production ramp-up

activities.

Apply statistical and data-driven methodologies to evaluate process performance and improve product reliability and manufacturing efficiency.

Maintain process documentation and ensure improvement activities comply with relevant quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.

Requirements

Non-experienced candidates are welcome to apply

Experience in process engineering, process optimisation, yield improvement, or semiconductor manufacturing will be preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in data-driven process improvement.

Familiarity with

SPC, DOE, FMEA, or statistical analysis tools

is preferred.
