Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Robotic Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair robotic and automated systems. The successful candidate will provide technical support to customers, ensure optimal system performance, and contribute to the successful deployment and operation of robotic solutions across various industries.

Installation & Commissioning

Install, configure, and commission industrial robots, cobots, and automation systems to meet customer specifications

Integrate systems and conduct testing and validation to ensure compliance with requirements

Perform site acceptance testing (SAT) and factory acceptance testing (FAT) to verify system readiness

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on robotic systems and peripheral equipment to ensure reliability

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software faults to minimize downtime

Provide emergency breakdown support to restore equipment functionality promptly

Monitor robot performance and recommend enhancements to improve productivity and reliability

Technical Support

Deliver on-site and remote technical support to customers for robotic systems

Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve issues

Coordinate with overseas technical teams and equipment manufacturers for complex troubleshooting

Maintain detailed service reports and technical documentation for all service activities

Customer Service & Training

Train customers' operators and maintenance personnel on robot operation and safety procedures to ensure safe and effective use

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and responsive support

Support after-sales service activities and manage warranty claims efficiently

Required competencies and certifications

Diploma in Robotics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation Engineering

1 to 3 years of experience in robotics, automation, industrial equipment servicing, or maintenance engineering

Fresh graduates with relevant robotics, mechatronics, or automation project experience may be considered for junior roles
