Job Summary

Join a leading Communications and Technology firm specializing in Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Network, and Systems Security. You will administer and support Cloud systems and contribute to system development across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

Administer, implement, maintain, and support Network, Operating Systems, Storage, and Backup components of Cloud systems to ensure operational stability and security

Design, implement, integrate, and test system development projects to meet client requirements and improve infrastructure performance

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Cloud systems across multiple sites to maintain service continuity

Adapt to shift schedules, on-call duties, and assignments at different locations to ensure timely response and system availability

Required competencies and certifications

Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent field

3 to 5 years of experience executing Cloud-related activities including implementation, installation, monitoring, support, and testing

Ability to work on shift schedules, on-call basis, and at various locations to meet operational demands

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Cisco Network certification

VMWare certification
