Job Summary

To manage engineering projects and teams to deliver compliant, high-quality electrical and mechanical solutions across commercial and railway sectors, driving operational excellence and safety.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate a team to deliver engineering projects on schedule, ensuring compliance with regulations and authority requirements

Perform maintenance, servicing, commissioning, and testing of High Tension Switchgear, Low Voltage Switchboards, Transformers, and cabling within distribution networks across multiple industries

Investigate and resolve non-compliance issues to maintain operational safety and quality standards

Collaborate with experienced Engineers, Technicians, and workers to achieve project completion while meeting quality and safety objectives, primarily in the railway sector

Engage with qualified Professional Engineers to gain mentorship and enhance technical expertise

Apply practical engineering skills across commercial and railway engineering projects to support business growth and innovation

Required competencies and certifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a focus on Electrical Power

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Class 3 Singapore Driver Licence

Prior experience in engineering or project management
