Job Description

Monex is seeking a proactive Technology Support Engineer to join our Singapore IT team. You will be the escalation point for end-user support across Microsoft 365 and Windows, ensuring productivity and smooth operation of devices and meeting room tech.

You will handle user onboarding, device builds, and collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to improve service quality; occasional non-IT duties such as lifting equipment may be required.
