Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Ship Repair Asst Engineer/Engineer to manage day-to-day operations and coordination of harbourcraft/medium size vessels dockings and repairs Singapore, including anchorage repairs as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage service job execution and coordinate with Shipyard Production Team, Purchasing, Technical, Classification Societies, Ship Designers, etc.

* Liaise with customers, such as Ship Managers, Ship Owners, Agents and others.

* Prepare quotations for tariff and non-tariff jobs, Purchase Orders (to suppliers), tools & equipment lists and procurement of Spares/Materials, etc. and final invoicing to client.

* Coordinate transport if necessary of contractors/suppliers, tools & equipment to and from job sites including anchorage.

* Daily work planning for shipyard team (small workforce, 10 pax) including manpower planning, reporting, etc.

* Answer customer queries and provide remote technical support.

Requirements:

* Diploma in Marine Engineering or similar.

* Past experience in marine/shipyard/ship repairs will be preferred.

* Experience in coordinating marine service work, especially afloat repairs will be an advantage.
