Admin - Data Processing Officer [Perm Night Shift]

Job Description

PERSOL Outsourcing is partnering our Client, a leading name in the transportation statutory board. We are looking for dynamic talents to be a part of our team!

Working Hours / Location

Night

Shift:10pm to 9am(with 1hr lunch break)

3 Days 2 Off Rotating Shift

Thomson-Sin Ming Ave ; Midview City (Bright Hill MRT)

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the processing application of card applications

Ensure that each application is correctly processed with 100% accuracy

Ensure that all applications allocated is processed within the shift itself

Responsive to alert Team Leader should there be any abnormality in an application

Ensure that correct explanation is given, should an application be rejected

Comply with the SOPs / guidelines / directives or any other official written instructions implemented

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience in the scope that has been assigned

A good team player, possess a cheerful personality and a positive attitude

Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to multitask and handle high volume of work

Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
