IT Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking an IT Administrator to support the daily operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's IT environment. The role will provide hands-on support across IT infrastructure, service desk operations, cybersecurity, IT projects, asset management, local ERP administration, and operational documentation to ensure reliable and secure IT services for internal users.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with 1-2 years of relevant IT support experience.

Good working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Windows environments, and Office 365 applications.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (MFA, Intune, MDM etc..)

Experience with network infrastructure, firewalls, VPN, SharePoint, VMware ESXi, or uniFLOW will be an advantage.

Able to support after normal working hours when required, including urgent technical issues, or critical weekend duties.

Certification (Preferred): ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+
