AI Platform Operations Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilites

Monitor availability, detect outages, and optimize performance of Azure AI cloud platforms

Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support disaster recovery/business continuity

Ensure compliance with security audits, policies, and regulatory frameworks

Collaborate with MLOps/LLMOps teams to integrate automation, observability, and security best practices

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field

1–2 years of cloud operations experience (fresh graduates welcome)

Strong knowledge of Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights

Skills in IaC (Terraform, Bicep, ARM) and scripting (PowerShell, Python)

Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure (AKS, GPU VMs, pipelines, model hosting)

Problem-solving and communication skills, especially under pressure
