JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate M&E design with other disciplines (structural, architectural, civil) to ensure smooth integration.
Design and review mechanical and electrical systems (HVAC, fire protection, lighting, power, etc.) in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
Prepare design calculations, drawings, and technical specifications for M&E systems.
Able to assist client for Value Engineering.
Demonstrate effective communication and consultative skills.
Strong in communication skills and a team player.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop solutions to avoid delays or cost overruns.
Supervise and inspect the installation of M&E systems to ensure they are compliant with design specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
Conduct regular site visits and liaise with contractors to ensure quality control and timely execution of works.
Ensure that all M&E works are completed in line with safety and environmental regulations.
Oversee the commissioning and testing of M&E systems to ensure they are fully functional and meet design intent.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Strong in Tender Presentation Skills.
Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with high level of professionalism & integrity.
Well-versed in MS offices tools i.e. Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of M&E methodologies and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requires travelling to various worksites in Singapore.
