Salesforce Developer (1 year contract)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Salesforce Developer

with at least 3 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, ensuring smooth operations and aligning with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development:

Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

System Integration:

Integrate Salesforce with other third-party systems and internal applications using APIs, REST, SOAP, and middleware tools.

Customization and Configuration:

Configure Salesforce features like workflows, process builders, validation rules, and approval processes to meet business requirements.

Data Management:

Perform data migration, mapping, and cleansing to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.

Collaboration:

Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Testing and Debugging:

Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables and minimize issues post-deployment.

Documentation:

Prepare technical documentation, including design documents, process flows, and user guides for implemented solutions.

Salesforce Updates:

Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to optimize platform usage and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum

3 years of experience

as a Salesforce Developer or in a similar role.

Proficiency in

Apex ,

Visualforce ,

Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and

SOQL/SOSL .

Experience with

Salesforce declarative tools , including workflows, process builder, and flow builder.

Strong knowledge of

Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud .

Hands-on experience with

REST/SOAP APIs

and integration with third-party applications.

Familiarity with version control tools such as

Git

and deployment tools like

Ant ,

Copado , or

Salesforce DX .

Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Salesforce Developer certification (e.g.,

Platform Developer I or II ) is highly preferred.
