Project Coordinator

Job Description

Receive and review work orders from clients and coordinate project requirements.

Submit the necessary documents to relevant authorities and liaise with authorities to obtain the required clearances and approvals before commencement of work.

Planning of project, arrangement of manpower and machineries to ensure smooth and timely performance of project.

Ensure work performed is in accordance with QEHS requirement.

Prepare project claims and supporting documents, and ensure claims are submitted and certified by the client in a timely manner.

Maintain proper project records, documentation, and reports

Perform other project coordination duties as assigned.
