Program Overview

Mlion Corporation’s Management Associate Programme (MAP) is part of the Singapore Global Executive Programme (SGEP), a partnership between Mlion Corporation and Enterprise Singapore.

The 24‑month engagement is designed to develop young talent into future leaders, enabling them to instigate positive change and drive innovation within the steel industry across Southeast Asia and beyond.

Program Structure

Participants receive comprehensive exposure across Mlion Corporation and its subsidiaries through progressive rotational opportunities, stretched assignments, overseas learning experiences, and immersive insights into daily business functions and operations.

Responsibilities

As a Management Associate, you will:

Engage in rotational assignments across functional areas to gain end‑to‑end operational understanding.

Participate in cross‑functional projects and overseas learning opportunities to broaden industry expertise.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, driving innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications

Fresh graduate with less than 3 years of work experience, regardless of academic discipline.

Strong analytical reasoning, data synthesis, and analysis skills, with a capacity for developing business acumen.

Passionate about professional development in the steel and construction industry.

Ambitious to grow a local SME and bring it onto an international platform.
