We are looking for an experienced

PLC Programmer / Automation Control Engineer

to develop and commission

new industrial automation machines and equipment

.

Responsibilities

Design and develop PLC programs for newautomation machines.

Perform I/O checking, machine testing,debugging and commissioning.

Develop and integrate

motion control systems

,including servo, stepper, positioning and multi-axis applications.

Select, configure and integrate

industrialsensors

for detection, measurement and machine control.

Program and integrate

industrial robots

,including PLC/robot communication, I/O, positioning and safety interlocking.

Develop and modify HMI programs.

Read and understand electrical schematics andcontrol drawings.

Troubleshoot PLC, motion, sensor, robot andelectrical control problems.

Support customer-site machine installation andcommissioning.

Prepare machine operation/maintenancedocumentation and conduct customer training.

Mandate Requirement

Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on PLC programmingexperience developing NEW automation machines/equipment.

Strong practical knowledge of Motion Control.

Strong practical knowledge of Industrial SensorApplications.

Strong practical experience in IndustrialRobotics Applications & Integration.

Hands-on experience with

Inovance, Omron,Mitsubishi Electric

or other major PLC platforms.

Able to independently develop, debug andcommission automation machine control systems.

Able to read and understand electrical controldrawings.

Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics,Automation, Mechatronics, Control Engineering or related discipline.

Able to communicate effectively in English.

Willing to travel for machine installation andcommissioning.
