Job Description:

Provide primary application support and maintenance for systems built on .NET, Outsystems, and Oracle platforms.

Monitor, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner to ensure systemstability and availability.

Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimize recurring issues.

Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and business teams to resolve incidents and service requests.

Manage application deployments, patches, enhancements, and minor change requests.

Maintain proper documentation for support processes, fixes, and system configurations.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability andperformance.

Contribute to the Tech Refresh Programme by supporting modernization efforts involving Vue.js,.NET, and PostgreSQL .

Assist in system migration, refactoring, testing, and performance tuning as part of the technology upgrade roadmap.

Any adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 + years of experience as a Software Developer / Software Engineer / Application Support Engineer or similar role.

Strong hands-on experience in .NET (ASP.NET / .NET Core) and database technologies including Oracle and PostgreSQL .

Experience supporting and maintaining enterprise applications in production environments.

Working knowledge of Outsystems platform.

Experience or exposure to front-end development using Vue.js .

Quick learner who is passionate and willing to learn new languages and technologies.

Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills across multiple technology stacks.

Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to accept responsibilities and new challenges.

Self-motivated and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
