Role:

Maintenance and repair of allequipment in the factory to reduce downtime

Improve machine yield

Lead the engineer and supervisorin resolving quality related issues related to equipment/machine

Meet quality objective set bymanagement

Responsibilities:

Be responsible for theoperation and maintenance of the entire plant automation and control systems

Develop standard operatingprocedures and implement maintenance program for the automation and controlsystems.

Monitor and publish weeklyequipment and machine performance to management.

Promptly co-ordinating inhouse equipment for calibration

Monitoring of cleanroom performance

Repair equipment and machine to support production to minimise disruption

Participate in quality meeting on equipment and machine related issue

To cater enough spare parts for the maintenance of the equipment

Participate in the Continual Process Improvement Team.

To supervise the engineers and supervisor and provide guidance when necessary

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering(Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering(Bioengineering/Biomedical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.

Requirements

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.

Knowledge in ISO9000/TS16949/StatisticalProcess Control.
