Oversee and lead the entire finance, accounting and legal functions of the company.
Assisting with high-level decisions about policy and strategy.
Review and oversee all existing processes (including documentations) within the group.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Finance Manager / Head of Finance or relevant role
In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
CPA / CA Singapore certification is a strong advantage.
BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
