Position: Junior Project Coordinator (Construction)

Location: Lorong Bakar Batu / Project Sites, as required

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Salary (commensurate with experience): S$3,000-S$3,500 Basic Monthly + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Duration: Permanent / Full-Time

Main Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager in coordinating and monitoring day-to-day project activities.

Assist with project schedules, progress tracking and preparation of basic project reports.

Maintain and update project documents, records and related administrative files.

Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers and site personnel to support smooth project execution.

Assist with communication and follow-up on project matters with clients and relevant stakeholders.

Support site coordination and compliance with basic workplace safety and environmental requirements.

Follow up on outstanding project matters and highlight issues to the Project Manager when required.

Perform other project-related and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Building, Civil Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.

No experience is required, training will be provided.

Relevant internship, site, project coordination or construction-related experience would be advantageous.

Basic understanding of construction processes or project coordination would be beneficial.

Willing to travel to project sites when required.
