Full Stack Developer

Koda North is hiring Full Stack Developers to build and improve modern web applications, backend services, APIs, databases, and user-facing features.

We are looking for practical developers who can work across the stack, understand existing systems, solve problems independently, and use modern development practices and AI-assisted development tools effectively.

This position is open only to candidates currently located in Singapore, the Philippines, or Vietnam. Applications from other locations will not be considered.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain frontend and backend application features

Develop APIs, business logic, database workflows, and third-party integrations

Create responsive and maintainable user interfaces

Debug issues and improve application performance, reliability, and security

Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews

Use AI-assisted development tools effectively while reviewing and validating generated work

Collaborate with the team from requirements through release

Qualifications

5+ years of professional full stack development experience

Strong JavaScript or TypeScript fundamentals

Experience with a modern frontend framework such as React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular

Backend experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies

Experience with REST APIs and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL

Good understanding of Git, debugging, testing, and production development

Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools

Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned work

Nice to have

Experience with SaaS platforms, dashboards, portals, or business applications

Experience with cloud environments, Docker, CI/CD, or production deployments

Experience with application security, authentication, integrations, or background processing

Experience improving or modernizing existing applications
