Your work will have a direct impact in our expanding Fab Operations, in building out our platforms of purpose-built technologies such as smart mobile devices, personal computing, home and industrial IoT, automotive and more. What You Will Do

Review, Analyze & Respond to inline process control charts to meet Quality, Cost, Productivity Goals

Troubleshoot process related issues, provide detailed & accurate data for proper wafer disposition and pass down

Execute actions to optimize production moves, qualify new processes & improvements projects

Participate in cross-function team projects

Lead improvement projects and present results

Collaborate with equipment and maintenance teams including engineers, technicians, managers and production employees in a dynamic environment.

Establish SOP (Standard operating process) and FMEA (Failure mode and effects analysis) for related process

Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules

Integrates equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications

Drive CIP (Continuous improvement plans) to improve process performance indices

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements

Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed

What You Will Need

Fresh-out profile with a bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Chemistry & Physics

Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems

Profiles with specialization in manufacturing, or relevant working experience or internship experience in equipment engineering/wafer fab/clean room are preferred

Exposure or Hands-on skills in process improvement/lean manufacturing
