Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy applications aligned with business needs

Translate functional requirements into practical technical solutions

Build workflows, forms, and integrations to improve business processes

Develop and integrate backend services and APIs

Perform testing, debugging, and provide ongoing application support

Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability

Support enhancements, bug fixes, and continuous improvements

Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects

Maintain clear documentation and follow development best practices

Take ownership of assigned modules and contribute to end- to-end delivery

Design and execute data migration, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and completeness

Analyse legacy data structures and map them to target data models

Develop and optimise data migration pipelines and scripts

Validate migrated data through reconciliation, testing, and quality checks

Support cutover planning and execution for migration activities

Required Skills & Experience

Familiarity with Java-based development environments and frameworks

Familiarity with SQL and Sybase database

Exposure to API development and system integrations

Experience with data migration-related activities and tools

Basic understanding of cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure)

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Exposure to system migration or modernization initiatives

Familiarity with enterprise-scale applications or public sector projects

Experience working in Agile or collaborative delivery environments
