Salesforce Architect

We are seeking a Salesforce Architect with over 10 years of experience with strong expertise in Salesforce customization, integration, and technical team leadership to design and deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and design Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.

Lead Salesforce customization using Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, custom objects, and automation.

Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecture.

Lead and mentor Salesforce development teams, providing technical direction and guidance.

Define scalable data, security, integration, and application architectures.

Conduct solution/design reviews and ensure Salesforce best practices.

Drive performance optimization, deployment, and platform modernization.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

10+ years of Salesforce experience, including significant architecture experience.

Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce customization and integration.

Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, APIs, and Salesforce data model.

Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams.

Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, integration patterns, and performance.

Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, CRM, third-party, and legacy systems.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Salesforce Architect certifications preferred; CTA is a plus.
