Cloud Platform Engineer

to join a high-performing tech team at a leading institutional investment firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain internal cloud development platform.

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD and automation pipelines GitHub Actions and Jenkins or similar tools.

Administer and maintain artifact repositories.

Collaborate with backend developers to diagnose and resolve complex system issues across multiple technology layers.

Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.

Support containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, and Helm.

Advocate and implement best practices in DevOps and software engineering.

Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and security in cloud environments.

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Must Have Skills:

Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in Computer Science or relevant field.

5+ years of hands-on experience between Software Engineering and CI/CD pipeline and Artifact Management.

Experience in Software Engineering (Python or Golang)

Working knowledge on AWS and understanding in Cloud Services and Infrastructure.

Proficiency in CI/CD workflows (Github Action preferred)

Proficiency in artifact management tools (JFrog preferred)

Nice to haves:

Experience in Infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred)

Experience in containerization and orchestration tools (Kubernetes preferred).
