ALG is currently hiring a

Maintenance & Equipment Engineer

for our client based in Bedok, Singapore. This role is an exciting long-term contract opportunity with us (1 year + high likelihood of FTE conversion). Our client is a global aerospace company, with multiple facilities across Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair site facility and production machines, instruments, and equipment to keep them in good working condition

Respond to breakdowns, malfunctions, and emergencies to minimize disruption to production

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for facility and production equipment

Support EHS compliance, including safety procedures, risk assessments, and regulatory requirements

Coordinate with OEMs, machine agents, contractors, and suppliers on repairs, calibration, and preventive maintenance

Install and commission new facility and production equipment

Maintain accurate records in the CMMS and support continuous improvement (CORE/TPM) initiatives

Job Requirements:

Degree with 2 years, or Diploma with 5 years, of relevant experience in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field

Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS; exposure to industrial automation is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good communication and customer-facing ability

A team player who is adaptable and results-driven
