We are looking for an experienced

Application Manager

to manage and oversee enterprise applications, ensuring availability, performance, security, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage application support, maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades.

Lead application implementation and improvement projects.

Coordinate with business users, vendors, developers, and infrastructure teams.

Monitor application performance, availability, and service levels.

Manage incidents, problems, changes, and production issues.

Identify opportunities for application optimization and automation.

Ensure applications meet business, security, and compliance requirements.

Manage vendors, budgets, timelines, and project deliverables.

Prepare technical documentation and management reports.

Lead and mentor application support/development teams.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in application management, support, or software delivery.

Strong understanding of

SDLC, ITIL, Agile, and application support processes .

Experience with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and system integration.

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as

AWS, Azure, or GCP

is an advantage.

Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder, and vendor-management skills.

Experience managing technical teams and multiple applications/projects.
