Technical Support Engineer - APIs & Automation

Job Description

Metronome is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Singapore. You will be on the front lines delivering world-class customer service, becoming an expert on our product, and partnering with engineering, customer success, and growth teams.

You will handle escalations, diagnose issues with observability tools, and contribute to internal tooling and documentation to improve the support experience.
