Job Description

Responsibilities

Monitor network health, device availability, and link utilization.

Perform first-level troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, and connectivity issues.

Log and manage incidents in ITSM tools and lift unresolved issues to L2/L3.

Configure and troubleshoot Aruba/Cisco switches, including VLANs, ports, MAC/ARP, Dot1x, and PoE.

Monitor and troubleshoot Check Point firewalls and A10 load balancers.

Support device installation, rack and stack, cabling, hardware replacement, and on-site activities.

Execute approved changes, configuration backups, health checks, and network documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in network operations or a NOC environment.

Hands‑on exposure to Aruba and/or Cisco switches.

Working knowledge of Check Point firewalls and basic understanding of A10 load balancers or similar ADC platforms.

Good understanding of OSI/TCP-IP, VLANs, Dot1x, STP, subnetting, routing, DHCP, DNS, and NAT.

Familiarity with ping, traceroute, Wireshark, and ITSM ticketing tools.

CCNA, ACSA, CCSA, or ITIL Foundation certification preferred.

Willingness to travel and work rotational shifts, weekends, and on-call as required.
