Application Support Engineer

Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to support enterprise applications across websites, kiosks, and mobile platforms , with a strong focus on Azure , Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) , and production support.

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: 12 Months renewable Contract

️ Eligibility: Only Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs) will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 production application support and service restoration

Troubleshoot Azure services, AEM production issues, and application incidents

Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues efficiently

Investigate web applications, APIs, SQL/database connectivity, and performance issues

Work closely with development, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams

Follow ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes

Required Skills:
