Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM

supporting customers with high-quality engineered components and manufacturing solutions. We are looking for an experienced

Purchaser

to join our team and play a key role in managing procurement activities and supplier relationships.

The Role

As a

Purchaser , you will be responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure materials and services are sourced competitively, delivered on time, and meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including

sourcing, quotation evaluation, negotiation, purchasing, and order follow-up .

Source and develop reliable suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing and potential suppliers.

Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, identifying opportunities for

cost savings, quality improvement, and greater procurement efficiency .

Work closely with production, operations, engineering, and other internal teams to understand purchasing requirements and ensure timely availability of materials.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and other commercial conditions with suppliers.

Maintain accurate

purchase orders, supplier records, price lists, procurement reports, and related documentation .

Monitor market conditions, material pricing, and supply trends to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company procedures, policies, and applicable industry requirements.

Requirements

Diploma in

Logistics, Supply Chain Management.

5–7 years of experience

in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain,

in Precision Engineering / Manufacturing is required.

Proficient in

Microsoft Office

and procurement/purchasing systems.
