About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Databricks Trainer t o deliver high-quality training sessions to professionals and enterprise clients in South Korea. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, and data engineering and data science workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver virtual training programs on Databricks, Spark, and related technologies.

Customize course content to suit client-specific needs and industry use cases.

Conduct workshops, hands-on labs, and Q&A sessions.

Support learners in building foundational and advanced data engineering and data science knowledge using Databricks.

Stay updated with the latest Databricks releases, features, and best practices.

Provide feedback to the curriculum development team to enhance course content

Support pre-sales efforts by conducting demo sessions or webinars when requir e d.

Required Qualifications

Proven exp erience as a tra iner, instructor, or educator in data analytics, engineering, or cloud technologies.3+

years of hands-on experience with Dat abricks, A pa che Spark,

Strong knowledge of dat a engineering, S QL , P yt hon, a nd big data tools.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azu re, A WS , o r GCP is a plus.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

.Experience in delivering technical training to adult learners or corporate clients.

Preferred Qualifications

Databricks or Spark certification (e.g., Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate).

Experience in teaching or mentoring in a technical environment.

Ability to create training materials and lab exercises.

Mandatory experience:

5+ years of computer industry experience and 3+ years of instruction experience

Databricks certifications or ability to certify within 60 days of being onboarded.

Solid background in Data Analysis, Data Engineering (emphasis on Apache Spark and Python) and/or Machine Learning•

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels throughout the organization

Exceptional course facilitation and management skills

Willingness to travel away from home
