Technical Trainer

We are a group of trainerscommittedto deliveringqualityknowledge and instruction toGeneteccustomers, partners, and employees throughout theAsia Pacificregion. Our goal is tofosterknowledge-building experiences for others to be confident in theirunderstandingand using the products within theirGenetecportfolio. You willcollaborateclosely with internal teams to continuously develop training resources and ensuresmoothprocesses.

What your day will look like:

Providetechnical training for Geneteccustomers,partners, and internalteams, primarily from theSingapore office

Developtraining presentations, manuals, and course outlines

Update existing training resources asGenetec’s product lineevolves,and continuouslyimprovedocumentation practices

Maintain acurrent, in-depth knowledge ofGenetec’s product line

Contribute to a positive,complementaryteam culture throughrespect, support, and inclusion amongst yourcolleagues

About you

Ability tocollaborateand fostercommunicationinternally and externally

Ability to effectively communicate with avariety of audiences

Professional working level ofEnglishandlocal language

Willingnessto travel within theAPAC region, and occasionallyinternationally, up to 50% of the time

Desire to be a part of and support adiverse,inclusive,respectfulwork environment

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, orequivalent experience

Technical Expertise

Experience within the Physical Security and/or Software industry

Knowledge ofWindowsoperating systems

Knowledge of networkingprinciplesand IP protocol

Experience with networking and databaseconcepts, and client-server environments

Experience with PC configuration andtroubleshooting

Even better if you have these assets

Experience withGenetecproducts

Knowledge of additional Asianlanguages
