Project Coordinator (M&E)

Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in coordinating all Mechanical & Electrical works from planning to completion

Coordinate M&E services including ACMV, electrical, fire protection, plumbing & sanitary, ELV, and related systems

Review and coordinate M&E shop drawings, combined services drawings, technical submissions, and as-built drawings

Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on M&E technical matters and site coordination issues

Monitor M&E installation progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications

Coordinate testing & commissioning activities and ensure timely rectification of defects

Assist in authority submissions, inspections, and permit applications related to M&E works

Support procurement and delivery coordination for M&E materials and equipment

Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements

Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, technical records, and project updates

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant project coordination experience preferred

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Team player with good coordination and problem‑solving skills

Familiarity with authority submission processes and workplace safety requirements

Ability to coordinate multiple trades and stakeholders effectively

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field

Experience in M&E coordination, services installation, or building systems

Knowledge of ACMV, electrical, fire protection, plumbing & sanitary, and other building services systems

Ability to read and interpret M&E drawings and technical specifications

Experience in hospitality, commercial, office, retail, or fast‑track fit‑out projects preferred
