Field Application Engineer

Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
Troubleshoot equipment, application, and process-related issues.
Project Management & Coordination
Coordinate project activities between customers and internal teams (R&D, Production, Sales).
Support project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
Technical Training & Enablement
Conduct technical training sessions for customers and internal stakeholders.
Prepare training materials, user manuals, and application guides.
Market Research & Feedback
Gather customer feedback on product performance and requirements.
Provide insights to internal teams for product improvement and development.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Customer-Side Sample Testing
Support and conduct sample testing at customer sites.
Analyze test results and provide technical recommendations.
New Equipment Validation & Management
Perform installation, setup, and validation of new equipment.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications and standards.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics).
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Field Application, Technical Support, or similar role.
Experience in semiconductor equipment / manufacturing industry is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with good service attitude.
Willingness to travel for customer support and on-site assignments.
