Responsibilities:
Good knowledge of IPC 620A quality standards
Inspect the cables are routed according to specifications
Inspect, test and documentation all the product tested results
Identify the roots caused and come out procedure to prevent it
Communicate the problems to supervisors/technicians, issue NCR and follow up to close up all NCR
Prepare work instruction (WI)/ Operation Management System (OMS)
Prepare (First Article) FA and 8D report and liaise with customers on quality matters
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Min. 2 years related experience
Min. Diploma level
Good knowledge of ISO standard
Good knowledge of IPC 620A is preferable
Responsible, team player and able to work independently
Able to work beyond office hours, if needed
