QA Engineer

Responsibilities

Report to the Head of Quality and manage the ISO 9001 QMS, ISO 22301 BCMS, and project Quality Assurance Plans.

Drive continuous improvement and strengthen quality awareness across the organization.

Conduct product inspections, acceptance testing, and risk assessments at all production stages.

Develop inspection methodsand acceptance criteria.

Plan and conduct internal,supplier, customer, and certification audits.

Work closely with customers, suppliers, and operations teams to ensure quality and manufacturing compliance.

Monitor quality KPIs and provide reports for data-driven decisions.

Manage non-conformities, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

Handle customer complaints and drive timely resolution.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma inMechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on QMS experience in metalworking or automotive engineering.

Experience with product inspection, wiring, acceptance testing, and customer/supplier coordination.

Good knowledge of QMS implementation, maintenance, and mechanical fabrication requirements.

Able to work independently and troubleshoot manufacturing quality issues on-site.
