Job Description

Provide first and second-level technical support to end users, troubleshooting and resolving incidents independently

Resolve high-priority incidents and provide solutions

Coordinate and provide solutions for escalated incidents, prioritize tasks professionally, and ensure timely updates to users directly or through relevant stakeholders

Advise and coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, andstakeholders on technical enquiries, providing solutions and resolutions as issues arise

Coordinate support for seasonal exercises, ensure connectivity and application readiness tests are completed on time, and manage incident escalation during live exercises

Manage and support ad-hoc hardware and software testing with internal and external parties, provide guidance on testing and planning, and keep the team informed of workarounds and solutions for escalated issues

Process, follow up, and close service requests within SLA, ensure all required information is provided by requestors, and advise stakeholders on service request matters including impact assessments

Perform folder management tasks including creation, deletion, and modification based on service requests raised by users

Qualifications

Higher Nitec & above with at least 2 years of EUC experience would be ideal

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Meticulousness and ability to multitask effectively

Capacity to work well in teams and independently in a fast-paced environment

Excellent customer service orientation and people management skills
