Responsibilities
Install, commission and qualify semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
Perform equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, vacuum and software-related issues.
Conduct equipment testing, calibration and performance checks.
Support equipment upgrades, modifications and improvement projects.
Provide technical support and training to customers.
Prepare service reports and maintain technical documentation.
Work closely with customers and internal engineering teams to resolve issues.
Travel locally and overseas as required.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field.
2-5 years' experience in field service, semiconductor equipment or industrial machinery.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems and technical drawings.
Semiconductor equipment experience is highly preferred.
Willing to travel and work on-site at customer facilities.
