Responsibilities
Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP engineers, and consultants to resolve design and technical challenges.
Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and progress evaluations, reporting findings to management.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and site personnel to ensure seamless project execution.
Assist in the preparation of construction sequencing, method statements, and temporary works planning.
Support cost control initiatives through reviewing material usage, workmanship, and variation claims.
Attend project meetings and provide technical input for problem-solving and decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in construction projects, preferably involving high-rise, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and applicable codes/regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration abilities.
